Bethlehem, PA (5/4/2015) - The Chef's Kitchen has partnered with
St. Luke's University Health Network to bring our viewers healthy recipes & disciplines from the area's top chefs. Continuing in the series of St. Luke’s episodes, Eric Mayer, MD, Chief of Minimally-Invasive Urologic Surgery will be featured with Chef Lee Chizmar of Bolete in Bethlehem, PA.

Dr. Mayer joined Chef Chizmar in preparing his recipe for Steamed Line Cut Black Sea Bass.
