Commissioner of Health and Senior Services
will conduct a joint Public Hearing
on the proposed substitution of
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, d/b/a
St. Luke’s Hospital & Health Network
as the sole member of
Warren Hospital
in accordance with the Community Health Care Assets
Protection Act (“CHAPA”), N.J.S.A. 26:2H-7.10, et seq.
The Public Hearing will be held on:

Members of the public are invited to file written comments and exhibits or appear at the hearing and speak. FROM NEW JERSEY Take Route 78 West to Route 22 West, which is the last exit in New Jersey. Stay on Route 22 West through six traffic lights. After the sixth light, just past the Hillcrest Professional Center, make a right to Roseberry Street. Take the first left on Roseberry Street heading South and crossing back over Route 22. Take the second right after you cross Route 22 onto Heckman Street. Stay on Heckman Street for approximately ½ mile until Warren Street. Take left onto Warren Street. Phillipsburg Middle School is on left side of road approximately ¼ mile from Heckman Street located on the middle of the hill. |
FROM PENNSYLVANIA Take Route 78 East to Route 22 West, and follow the directions “FROM NEW JERSEY.” |
