HeartSteps

HeartSteps is a free walking program sponsored by Warren Hospital and the Phillipsburg Mall.

The mall is open for HeartSteps members before regular shopping hours and offers a three-quarter mile course. Walkers enjoy the benefits of safe exercise in a clean, level and climate-controlled environment.

Besides becoming more fit, HeartSteps walkers also receive these benefits:

• Regular blood pressure checks.
• Instruction in exercise and stretching.
• Special healthy living programs and seminars.
• Discounts from selected mall stores.

Walking hours

HeartSteps hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 to 10:00 am and Sunday 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Joining HeartSteps

Before joining, talk with your doctor to make sure you can safely participate.

New members can register for HeartSteps at the mall's Customer Service area at any time during mall hours.
