Whether you have just been diagnosed with diabetes, or you need an update on the latest management techniques, our diabetes program can help.
Our Services Include:
- Individual counseling with a health educator and registered dietitian.
- Free monthly support group.
The program is recognized as a quality diabetes self-management education service by the American Diabetes Association. Most or all of the program fees are covered by Medicare.
