Coventry Family Practice

Coventry Family Practice is a group of Family Medicine physicians who are affiliated with Warren Hospital and its three-year Family Medicine Residency Program. Coventry is a large practice, dedicated to serving the needs of Phillipsburg and the surrounding communities and to developing compassionate, skillful physicians in the tradition and philosophy of family medicine.

Obstetrics and Gynecology
Lab services
Nutritional services
Free eye exams (sponsored by the NJ Division of the Blind)
Physician on call 24/7 for emergencies

Insurance

We accept new patients with private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.

Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 am until 5 pm.
Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 8:30 pm.
