  • Our registered therapists will customize a treatment program to improve your ability to perform daily activities.
  • Therapists can teach you new ways to perform tasks at home and at the workplace.
  • You'll learn how to use adaptive equipment to make tasks easier.
Specialized services

Children

If your child has a developmental delay, our occupational therapists can help with assessments and treatments in our colorful playroom. We specialize in helping children with:
  • Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyperactivity Disorder.
  • Cerebral Palsy.
  • Mental retardation.
  • Sensory integration dysfunction.
  • Autism spectrum disorders.
  • Developmental delay.
  • Traumatic brain injury.
  • Orthopedic problems.
Lymphedema

If your arms or legs are swollen because of an accumulation of lymph fluid, our therapists can help. This type of swelling can occur when lymph nodes are surgically removed for cancer treatment, or after radiation therapy or an injury.

We can offer you relief with:
  • Specialized massage.
  • Compression bandaging.
  • Skin care.
  • Exercises for reducing this type of swelling.
Hand, arm, wrist and shoulder services

An injury or illness may affect your hand, wrist, elbow, arm or shoulder. Our certified hand therapist specializes in helping people with:
  • Fractures.
  • Nerve or tendon injuries.
  • Amputations.
  • Arthritis.
  • Burns.
  • Rotator cuff or shoulder injuries.
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome.
  • Sprains.
  • Strokes.
Treatments include:
  • Advanced splinting and special taping techniques.
  • A progressive series of casts to stretch tightened areas.
  • Heat therapy and electrical stimulation.
