The 9th Annual 5K Run/Walk With the Heroes is on Saturday, September 13, 2014. This event recognizes the trauma survivors and their loved ones and friends. This unique event celebrates their accomplishments and the trauma team members that contributed to their recovery. The event is attended by a wide range of healthcare professionals including; physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, pre-hospital providers and allied health professionals.

For your sponsorship, the following options are available for this event:

  • $250.00 sponsorship - company name on race t-shirt, one voucher for run/walk participant, recognition at conclusion of race and signage.
  • $400.00 sponsorship - 6ft table provided to display your company information, two vouchers for run/walk participants, recognition at conclusion of race and signage.

The 10th Annual Night of Heroes Celebration is on Saturday, September 20, 2014. This is an annual event that honors our trauma survivors and their loved ones. In addition, it honors the multidisciplinary team that played an important part of the patient's recovery in all phases of care. This event provides an opportunity for all attendees to don cocktail attire and celebrate life. The evening includes a video case presentation of the selected trauma survivor stories, as well as personal recognition for team members that had part in the patient's care.

As of this year, more than 800 awards will have been distributed since the inaugural celebration in 2005. In the past three years, attendance for this event has exceeded 600 attendees. The Annual Night of Heroes event also has developed key community partners that have contributed to the success of this event. Once again, this year welcomes many new fantastic opportunities to be part of this celebratory event.

Contemporary Issues in Trauma

The 10th Annual Contemporary Issues in Trauma Conference is on Friday, October 10, 2014. This is a multidisciplinary conference that provides trauma education to all levels of health care providers. This conference presents topics that examine current literature and best practices in the field of trauma and will provide insight into many trauma-related issues. Our expert faculty will discuss both diagnostic and treatment challenges throughout all phases of care. This multidisciplinary conference is attended by physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, EMS, allied health professionals and professional students.

For your sponsorship, the following option is available for this event:

  • $525 includes the following, a 6-foot table with linen will be provided to display your company’s information. Conference participants will be able to view your vendor information throughout the conference. Sponsors will be recognized in our annual conference guidebook and given special recognition at the conclusion of the conference. Your sponsorship will also include 1 vendor voucher to cover meals throughout the day. Additionally, you can receive CME, PSNA or EMS credits, if applicable to your profession.
